About the Role:
As a Trainee Kitchen Fitter, you’ll be working alongside experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of kitchen fitting from start to finish. You’ll assist in the installation of kitchens, ensuring a high standard of craftsmanship and customer service. This is an ideal opportunity to learn on the job and progress within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of kitchens, including fitting cabinets, countertops, sinks, and appliances.
• Help with measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for kitchen installations.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Work with the team to ensure that kitchen projects are completed on time and to customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety standards and health regulations on-site.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience required — this position would suit a recent school/college leaver looking who is eager to learn and develop their skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, able to take instruction and work well in a team.
• An interest in creating individual interiors and keen to learn the skills of kitchen installation in a forward-thinking independent company.
• A willingness to travel to different locations within the Peak District area for installations.
